Product Description
A perfect gift for new homemakers, the food
processor has become an integral part of modern cooking,
speeding up a multitude of processes, including kneading dough,
slicing, chopping, shredding cheese, vegetables and meat,
mincing garlic and parsley, mixing batters, and emulsifying
mayonnaise. Cuisinart's Pro Classic comes with a 7-cup work
bowl, four basic attachments for slicing, shredding, chopping,
mixing, and kneading, and also features two feed tube options,
one big enough to handle a whole potato. This processor comes
with a compact cover for use when the feed tube isn't needed
and a pulse control that allows the desired degree of fineness
when chopping and puréeing. Remove the detachable stem for
compact storage of discs. All the parts are dishwasher-safe and
the motor base wipes clean. In addition, a custom-contoured
spatula, a 50-page recipe booklet, and a 30-minute video
designed to familiarize the new owner with the care and use of

"The Cuisinart food processor is one of the greatest. The first
food processor I had was given as a gift. It sure didn't do the
job. Then I bought my first Cuisinart. It has lasted 20+ years.
I used it frequently. The plastic piece on the work bowl broke
and couldn't be fixed. I looked into just buying the work bowl,
but decided to purchase a whole new unit. I'm so glad I did.
The blades are so much sharper, but what can you expect after
20+ years. I hope this new one will last as long."

"I ordered a cusinart after researching models and carefully
reading reviews of customers. I wondered what owning one would
be like since I make a lot of soups and healthy meals.
Suprizingly it was easy to put together and learn to use. I
just love this machine. It is fairly simple but amazing with
what it can do. Having plastic parts dishwasher proof is great
for me. I moved things around in the kitchen cupboard so that I
could keep it where I may need it. It is a fantastic buy for
the money and I am so glad I purchased the 7 cup capacity.

"I just received my new Cuisinart. I read the safety
instructions and immediately put it to use. I LOVE IT! I always
thought food processors were for families, it was what you got
as a wedding present. I am a single woman in my late 30's and
thought I didn't need it. I was wrong! I just started a raw
food diet and the recipe book suggested buying a food
processor. I chose this model because of the additional
accessories. When put to use, I was amazed how quickly
everything was prepared. It made me wonder - What had I been
waiting for all those years! This thing is awesome!
The only thing I had difficulty was chopping up
cauliflower. I think I put too much in and the blade just spun
with no chopping results. I cleared out the container and tried
again. Worked like a charm, but next time I'll have to monitor
how much I put in. Today, I made a fresh tomato sauce and was
amazed - quick, tasty. I'm looking forward to making salsa! I
highly recommend this if you are considering or practicing a
raw diet, if like me you're a single person wanting to simplify
your life or anyone who wants to spend less time in kitchen and
more time enjoying everything else."
